Hello to all my wonderful viewers!!! Welcome back to my blog! In this video, I'm going to share authentic Gajar Ka Halwa recipe. Quick & Healthy Gajar Ka Halwa Gajar ka Halwa is a popular dessert all over India and often served at most festivals.

INGREDIENTS: Carrots (Aprox. 2 KGs) 341 Gram - Concentrated Milk Solids (Mawa/Khoa) 1 Cup - Mixed Nuts (Almonds, Pistachio and Cashew (Sliced or chopped)) 1/4 Cup - Dehydrated Rose Petals 1 Cinnamon Stick 6-7 Cardamom (Powdered or crushed) 2 Pinch - Saffron / Kesar 1/2 cup - Ghee (Cooking) 1 tbsp - Ghee (Seasoning) 1/2 Cup or 1/4 Cup - Sugar 1 Cup - Milk (3% Organic Milk) 1/2 tbps - Kewra Water or Rose Water Total Preparation Time - 30-35 minutes Gajar ka Halwa can be served by itself or with the combination of ice cream or Gulab Jamun. Use Splenda Stevia or Monk Fruit Extract instead of Sugar if there are concerns related to Diabetes or other health issues. Thank you for all your support and love!!!
