Quick and Easy: Methi Chicken

Hello to all my wonderful viewers, welcome back to my blog. In this session, I'm going to teach you how to make Methi Chicken, it is one of my favourite dish.

Methi or Fenugreek leaves has many impressive health benefits, it controls diabetes, good for digestive system, good for heart, rich in antioxidants, good for bone metabolism and many more. Include this in your diet at least once a week.
Now let's get back to the recipe. METHI CHICKEN RECIPE: Ingredients: 1 tsp cumin seeds 4 green cardamom 1 Black cardamom 1/2 tbsp whole coriander seeds 1/2 tsp carom seeds(ajwain) 1/2 tsp funnel seeds(saunf) 6 green chilies 1 Onion (medium size) 1/4 Cup Mustard Oil 1 Bay Leaf 1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 Tomato (peeled and chopped) 2 Tbsp Kasuri Methi (dried fenugreek) 1 Chicken Stock Cube 1/2 Lime 1/2 cup coconut milk 2 Bunches of Fresh Methi Leaves (fresh fenugreek leaves) 1 kg Chicken (skinless, boneless and cut in small pieces) Fresh cream or whipping cream for garnishing Serve hot with bread, naan, roti, paratha or rice.
