INGREDIENTS: Dough (Whole wheat flour and water) [Optional - you can add chilli flakes, salt and mix the dough with milk] Olive oil (to grease the dough) Ghee or butter (to apply on the paratha for cooking) Cheese slices (you can add more than one)
