Quick and Easy: Pan Roast Chicken

Today in this video we are going to make delicious juicy Pan Roast Chicken, for this I am using an iron skillet. This cast iron pan has lot of health benefits, as a small amount of iron imparts into the food while it's getting cooked. Food cooked in cast iron is very rich in flavour, so if cast iron is not something you considered before, I hope you do it now. So let's get started with the recipe.INGREDIENTS:
3 Big Chicken Breast (Boneless and Skinless)
First Marination:
1/2 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp Salt
Second Marination:
1tsp Cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp italiano
2 tbsps curd
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
4 tbsps mustard oil
Total marination time 30 minutes
Total cooking time 20 minutes
