Hello to all my wonderful viewers, welcome back to my blog. In this video, I'm going to teach how to make Chicken Boti Skewers/BBQ.
Green Masala Chicken Boti Skewer Recipe:
Ingredients:
3-4 Green Chilies
1/2 Cup Coriander
1/2 Cup Mint Leaves
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1 1/2 tbsp. Lime Juice
1/2 inch Ginger
3 tbsp. Dahi (Curd)
1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbsp. Mustard Oil
Red Masala Chicken Boti Skewer Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp. Dahi (Curd)
1/2 tsp. Chat Masala
1 tsp. Red Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt (Or as per your taste)
1/2 tsp. Ginger & Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. Paprika
1/2 tsp Black Pepper (Crushed/Powdered)
1 1/2 tbsp. Lime Juice
1 tbsp. Mustard Oil
1/2 cup Coriander (Finely Chopped)
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Preheat the grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Skewers: Wooden or Bamboo (Soak the skewers in water for 30 minutes)
