Quick and Easy: Ramadan Special Sharbath for Iftaar
Hello to all my wonderful viewers, welcome back to my blog. In this blog, I'm going to teach how to make a Ramadan special Sharbat.
Sharbat is common in homes of Iran, Turkey, Bosnia, Arab world, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, and India. This drink is popularly consumed by Muslims when breaking their daily fast during the month of Ramadan. Now let's get started.STIR & SIP SHARBAT Ingredients: 1 Cup Almonds 1 L Milk 1/3 Cup Basil seeds or Falooda seeds 1/4 Cup Katira Gond or Shiraz gum 1/4 Cup Badam drink mix 2 tbsp. Edible Rose Petals Roohafza (as per your taste) Garnish: Flaked Almonds Chopper Pistachio Rose Petals Serve chilled with a spoon.
Basil seeds, also know as Falooda seeds or Sabja seeds, have a lot of health benefits. It helps in weight loss, reduces body heat, controls blood sugar levels, relieves constipation and bloating, treats acidity and heartburn, it's good for skin and hair, and cures cough and flu. Katira Gond, also known as Shiraz gum, has many health benefits. It maintains a good digestive system, cures dehydration, boosts immunity, is beneficial for skin, and it cures cough and dysentery.
