Methi or Fenugreek leaves has many impressive health benefits, it controls diabetes, good for digestive system, good for heart, rich in antioxidants, good for bone metabolism and many more. Include this in your diet at least once a week. Now let's get back to the recipe. This cast iron pan has lot of health benefits, as a small amount of iron imparts into the food while it's getting cooked.
