Quick & Healthy Gajar Ka Halwa Gajar ka Halwa is a popular dessert all over India and often served at most festivals. INGREDIENTS: Carrots (Aprox. 2 KGs) 341 Gram - Concentrated Milk Solids (Mawa/Khoa) 1 Cup - Mixed Nuts (Almonds, Pistachio and Cashew (Sliced or chopped)) 1/4 Cup - Dehydrated Rose Petals 1 Cinnamon Stick 6-7 Cardamom (Powdered or crushed) 2 Pinch - Saffron / Kesar 1/2 cup - Ghee (Cooking) 1 tbsp - Ghee (Seasoning) 1/2 Cup or 1/4 Cup - Sugar 1 Cup - Milk (3% Organic Milk) 1/2 tbps - Kewra Water or Rose Water Total Preparation Time - 30-35 minutes Gajar ka Halwa can be served by itself or with the combination of ice cream or Gulab Jamun.
